Buttstock 2.1 PRO

Each of the three (3) main adjustments, Feet, Cheekpiece, and Buttstock, is operated via thumbwheel dials. Each dial functions at its own speed. All thumbwheel dials feature audible and tactile “clicks”. There are 20 clicks per turn on each of the three dials.

• The Feet operates at a 1:1 speed.
  • A complete turn of its dial raises or lowers the feet by 0.100″
  • Each click raises or lowers the feet by 0.005″
  • The PRO buttstock ships with a 1.85″ diameter feet thumbwheel dial installed, and an additional 2.0″ diameter feet thumbwheel dial is included in the product box. The 1.85″ dial provides for fine and slightly faster adjustments. The 2.0″ dial provides slightly slower but higher precision adjustments. We can say with confidence that approximately half of our customers prefer the 1.85″ dial, and the other half prefer the 2.0″ dial.
• The cheekpiece operates at a 2:1 speed.
  • A complete turn of its dial raises or lowers the cheekpiece by 0.100″
  • Each click raises or lowers the cheekpiece by 0.010″
• The buttpad operates at a 4:1 speed.
  • A complete turn of its dial extends or retracts the buttpad by 0.500″
  • Each click extends or contracts the buttpad by 0.025″

This buttstock attaches to the chassis via two easily accessible screws. Attachment or detachment from the buttstock takes less than two minutes. No removal of the barreled action from the chassis or the scope from its base is necessary. Attachment or detachment of the buttstock is possible while the rest of the rifle is fully assembled. Apply 30 lbs./in torque when reattaching.

The Buttstock 2.1 PRO weighs 3.7 lbs.
