We want you to be thrilled with your new order. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for anyone who purchases our products. The entire product needs to be returned in resellable condition.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Defective items may be exchanged for virtually any reason for the lifetime of the product under Accuracy Solutions product warranty.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Accuracy Solutions, can be returned to Accuracy Solutions. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policies.
  • Please ensure that the entire product needs to be returned in resellable condition.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Re-assembled equipment
  • Modified equipment
  • Intentionally damaged equipment
  • Items previously reported as stolen
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
  1. Go to our contact page and fill in the contact form.
  2. Be sure to include your name, email, and item order number.
  3. Once we review your request, we will send you an email including a shipping label and further shipping instructions.
  4. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it.
  5. Return the item as instructed in the email from us.
REFUNDS
  1. Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method, and on the order status:

    • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
    • If you canceled a purchase before we shipped the item to you, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request.
