Yes, but in very few instances special adaptations may be needed. Please read on.
Tactical Rifles: BipodeXt is designed to attach to a Picatinny rail. Many tactical rifles already have a Picatinny rail along the bottom of the forend, but if yours does not, it can easily be fitted with one and is provided in your case. BipodeXt installation only takes a few minutes and is done with simple hand tools (often a screwdriver and/or Allen wrench is all that is needed)
Hunting Rifles: ABipodeXt is designed to attach to a Picatinny rail, thus the forend of the receiving rifle must be fitted with one. Adapting a Picatinny rail to the forend of a hunting‑style rifle may require that holes be drilled into the stock’s forend. If you are comfortable working on your rifle and own power tools, such as a table drill, you should be able to adapt a Picatinny rail to your rifle in one to two hours.* A tilted rail is included in the case which creates an attachment point parallel to your barrel.
WARNING: If you do not possess the skills and necessary tools you should NOT attempt any modifications to your rifle yourself. Instead, take your gun to a qualified gunsmith. The work should take no more than two hours.
